D&D Travel is an IATA Appointed Agency which is no easy feat in today’s travel industry. For an Agency to become IATA Accredited, they are required to meet a set of specific criteria: a satisfactory financial standing, employing staff members with certain educational requirements/experience, and having a secure and professional premises for valuable ticket stock. This must be obtained on a yearly basis.

Booking with an IATA Appointed Agency gives you, the customer, the security of knowing that who you are giving your money to, is REPUTABLE and AUTHORIZED. BUYER BEWARE….. there are a lot of “discount travel agencies” who might offer lower prices, no service fees, etc… but they also DO NOT offer experienced and knowledgeable agents, and there is also no governing body to guarantee that you will receive what you paid for!!
